My 7-1/2 year cat has been diagnosed with polycystic kidney disease and was rapidly losing weight. Everything she ate made her throw up food. She didn’t like special kidney care diets prescribed by vets. I like the 2 packet container. The trick to open the container is to pull the tab up a bit so you can get the tip of a spoon inside to crank the lid open.
Hard to open; wasteful packaging
The food is fine. I have no problems with my hands but still struggle pulling foil off. Packaging is an environmental nightmare up front, even with recycling on the back end. With two 15-16-lb cats using Perfect Portions as their main food source, per Nutro instructions, I'm to open up to 20 servings per day! Shame on Nutro for making difficult packaging & thumbing its nose at the environment. (Nutro currently offers no can alternative.)
