Collect the 10 UPC codes with product description and keep them in your Frequent Buyer Program Envelope.**
Get your 11th bag FREE! Once you’ve met the purchase requirements, your retailer will give you one (1) FREE bag of the smallest size purchased of MAX® or NATURAL CHOICE® dog or cat foods, or ULTRA™ food for dogs.**
No need to enroll again, just have your retailer provide a new Frequent Buyer Envelop and start collecting your UPC codes with product description again!

*Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of coupon booklet.
**Valid only at participating retailers. NOT available at PetSmart, PETCO or Pet Supermarket. All purchases must be made within a 14 month period from the same retailer. Free bag will correspond with the smallest size purchased. Trial size, cans, biscuits and treats (individual or cases) are not included in this program offer. The 11th free bag does not count towards a purchase.
